Fill peppers with lens Recipe Directions
Rinse lentils and cook according to package instructions in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Halve peppers and remove seeds. Fry in butter until brown all around.
Spring onions into rings, pull with 150 g of cheese, paprika and turmeric with the lentils.
Lentil mixture into the pepper filling, spread the remaining cheese on it and put in a casserole dish. Pour in broth and bake about 40 minutes.
