Feta cheese snack Recipe Directions
Half of the cheese cubes, the other mash with a fork.
Mix cottage cheese with red pepper puree and mashed cheese, spicy taste with salt and pepper and stir in cheese cubes.
Pepper cream on wholemeal crispbread spread, cut from the watercress beds and serve decorated with crisp watercress.
