Eggplant Spread Recipe Directions
Peel eggplant, cut into thin slices, sprinkle the slices with salt and stand for 1 hour. Now rinse the slices and pat dry with kitchen paper. Soft fried in oil, stirring with a fork to mash. With yogurt, Hafeflocken, salt, garlic and dill mix, refrigerate.
