Remoulade | 6th Radishes |

some | Pepper, white, broken |
Egg salad with mozzarella Directions
Cook eggs just over growing soft peel, and let cool. Then cut in half, yolks mash with a fork. Finely chop egg whites.
Mozzarella cheese cut into small pieces. Radishes and cut into small cubes.
Egg yolks until smooth and season to taste with tartar sauce with salt and pepper.
Stir all ingredients together and serve.
A perfect picnic salad.
