Deep fried tofu on mashed potatoes and fried mushrooms Recipe Directions
Cut the tofu and marinate in the form with about 1 bunch of fresh culinary herbs, salt, pepper, minced garlic and some olive oil for about 6 hours.
The potatoes are peeled and boiled until tender in salted water. The soy milk poured off the heat and add to potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stomp everything.
The tofu with the marinade in a baking hot pan and keep warm.
Peel the onion and cut into rings and add them with the washed and quartered mushrooms in the same pan. Sear and season with salt and pepper.
