500 grams Broccoli
2 tbsp Butter
1 pc Onion
2 pcs Vegetable stock cubes
L 1 Water
some Pepper
5 tbsp Sour cream

Cream of Broccoli Soup Recipe Directions

Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into florets. Chop the onion finely and fry in butter until translucent. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly in a delicate turning. Pour the broth and season. Let the soup simmer over medium heat about 10 minutes.
