100 grams Bitterkuvertüre
40 g Whole milk chocolate coating
1st Egg 2nd Yolk
10 ml Cognac
1 pinch Salt
300 grams Beaten cream
800 grams Sweet cherries canned

Chocolate mousse with cherries Recipe Directions

The egg with the yolk and the salt until foamy in a water bath.

Melt the chocolate and add to the egg mixture, add the cognac.
