3 tbsp Peanut oil
1 pc Chinese cabbage, small
1 / 2 bunch Spring onions
1 pc Pepper, red
2 pcs Chili peppers, red
1 pc Ginger (2cm)
4 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
Salt, freshly ground pepper
5 tbsp Vegetable broth
1 / 2 tsp Wheat starch
100 grams Glass noodles

Chinese cabbage spicy fried with glass noodles Recipe Directions

Of Chinese cabbage, outer leaves removed, longitudinally into quarters and cut out the stalk. Cabbage cut into 2 inch wide strips.
