Chinese fried rice Recipe Directions
1st The rice is best the day before cook in salted water. Drain, cover and refrigerate. Thaw peas.
2nd Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut leafy. Peel and dice onion. Cut the ham into strips. Heat the oil in a wok, a paella pan or other large pan or a roasting pan.
