Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Paella

60th g risotto rice
some saffron 375th ml chicken broth
1st TL light gravy thickener 70th g cherry tomatoes
1st EL yellow raisins

Chicken Paella Recipe Directions

1 tablespoon olive oil. Mint leaves from the stalks and fry briefly in oil, set aside. Peel and chop onion. Chicken leg in mint oil around pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sauté onion and rice in it.

Season with salt, pepper and saffron. Fill with soup and cook about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the gravy thickener and cook 1 minute. Fold in tomatoes and raisins and cook 1 minute. Season again with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the mint.
