Recipe Ingredients for Char with cucumber amp herb pesto

600 ml Olive oil
3 zw Rosemary and thyme (each)
3 pc Garlic cloves
1 / 2 bunch Basil, parsley, tarragon and chervil
50 g toasted pine nuts
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 pcs Char fillets without skin (each about 300g)
1 pc Cucumber salad
1 bunch Chives
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
Fleur de Sel

Char with cucumber amp herb pesto Recipe Directions

1st Preheat oven to 60 degrees. 400 ml of oil in a pot with rosemary, thyme, garlic cloves in the oven heat.

2nd Basil, parsley, tarragon, chervil leaves and chop coarsely. Process with pine nuts, salt and 200 ml of olive oil in a mortar or Alleszerkleinerer to a creamy paste. Stir in Parmesan and season with pepper.
