Ingredients for Calamari tart

100 grams Lard
50 g Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 somewhat White wine
5 tbsp Olive oil
1 pc Onion
4 pcs Garlic cloves
1 kg Calamari
1 pc Pepperoni
1 / 2 tsp Marjoram
100 ml White wine
3 pc Tomatoes
1 somewhat Salt and pepper
1 somewhat Brush the egg yolk

Calamari tart Directions

Knead all the ingredients from one dough. To taste white wine until the dough has a firm consistency. In foil and rest for at least 1 hour leave.

Cut the squid at the tentacles, then remove the head. The body clean out and cut into rings. Calamari fry in olive oil with onions, add garlic, aböschen with wine and tomatoes, marjoram and pepper until soft. Approx. 45 minutes. Pepper and salt to taste.

Interpret the form of thin tart with pastry and spread the mixture on, cover with a thin dough sheet, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
