Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage quiche

200 grams Flour
150 grams Quark
80 grams Butter
125 grams grated Emmental
1 pinch Salt
40 g ground hazelnuts
500 grams Savoy cabbage
1st Onion 150 grams
smoked bacon into cubes 2 tbsp
Oil 1 pinch
Pepper 250 ml
Milk 2nd Eggs
1 pinch Nutmeg

Cabbage quiche Recipe Directions

Knead the flour, cottage cheese, butter, 50 g of cheese and a pinch of salt dough. In foil wrap and refrigerate about 30 minutes. A quiche mold (diameter 28 cm) thick and dust with flour. Preheat oven to 200 º C.
