Cabbage quiche Recipe Directions
Knead the flour, cottage cheese, butter, 50 g of cheese and a pinch of salt dough. In foil wrap and refrigerate about 30 minutes. A quiche mold (diameter 28 cm) thick and dust with flour. Preheat oven to 200 º C.
Roll out the dough, so that the line shape, draw a 1 cm high edge. Prick pastry base several times. Sprinkle with nuts and pre-baking for about 10 minutes.
Wash and clean the cabbage, divided into thin strips. Chop onions, pull off. Sauté bacon and onions in oil. Add cabbage, salt, pepper, simmer about 5 minutes.
Carbon spread on the dough, mix milk and eggs, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg. Eggs, milk and pour over the cabbage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake about 35 minutes.
