Bun Directions
Aufloöen yeast in warm water. Sugar, salt, soft margarine, eggs, mashed potatoes and about 4 cups of the flour mix. Stir until mixture is smooth, then incorporate enough of remaining flour to the dough can be handled easily.
Give the dough out onto work surface and knead thoroughly until it is elastic (about 5 minutes). Pour into a greased bowl, turn once, so that the dough is completely covered with fat. Cover bowl well and place the dough in the refrigerator at least 8 hours (or until it is needed). Believed to be covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
Knead dough. Go before baking 1 1 / 2 hours. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C vorheiten; bread bake 15-25 minutes.
