Braised octopus Directions
Squid into rings. Scald tomatoes and remove skin, then cut into pieces. Peel and chop garlic cloves. Heat oil.
Squid rings in contact fry about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and half the parsley. Pour in wine and simmer for 5 minutes to leave open. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped parsley. Serve with fresh baguette.
