Bavarian cream with nuts Recipe Directions
Mix milk with vanilla sugar and let boil. Remove from heat and take cover.
Egg yolks with the sugar until a white mass. The egg-sugar mixture to the boiled milk. Carefully pour in and stir constantly.
The whole thing now enter into a saucepan and simmer about 10 minutes. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water and add to the milk mass.
Stir for so long until the gelatin has dissolved. Allow to cool.
Whip cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. Place the mixture into small ramekins and then put the whole thing for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Before serving, sprinkle with nuts or the dessert.
