Banana Mousse

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Mousse

2 Bch Plain yogurt (about 360 g)

80 grams Sugar
2 tbsp Rum (but need not be)
150 ml Cream

Banana Mousse Recipe Directions

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Peel 2 bananas, cut into large pieces and together with the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and 2 tablespoons rum in a blender puree. The mass should be too thin, you can give something Löffelbisquit or biscuits into the blender.
