Balsamic chicken with broccoli Recipe Directions
Garlic cut into thin slices. Cut the onion into thin slices, then into thirds. Chicken breast cut into strips, cut small shallots. Heat oil in a large frying pan, garlic, saute onions, shallots, stirring. Keep stirring the pan covered between when the liquid is not reached, add a little wine.
