BBQ Ribs with Cranberry Dip Recipe Directions
Rinse ribs and pat dry. Mix BBQ sauce with honey and cranberry juice. Rub the ribs so hard, cover and marinate in refrigerator 3-4 hours.
Spareribs place on a baking paper-lined with baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (gas mark 2-3, circulating air: 160 degrees) about 30-40 minutes to cook, while every now and then. Then at 220 degrees (gas mark 5-6, circulating air: 200 degrees) put the ribs cook about 10 minutes until crispy brown. Spareribs cut along the bone.
For the dip Frühlinszwiebel rinse clean, and very finely cut. Peel mango and cut the flesh from the fibrous core. Puree the pulp, mix with ketchup and sambal oelek. Spring onion and stir in cranberries. Season with some salt. Dip the spare ribs to rich.
