Asparagus vegetable soup Recipe Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan. Onions and greens of the prepared vegetables and fry. Deglaze with water to the boil, and let the broth with stir. Then 20 minutes on lowest heat, cover and simmer.
Then add the asparagus. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste. Simmer for another 20 min.
