400 grams Ground turkey
1 small red onion
1 pc Shallot
1 tbsp Peanut oil
100 grams Sugar snap peas
100 grams Mu-err mushrooms
100 grams Carrots
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp China spice
50 g Peas (frozen goods)
200 ml Vegetable stock (or even cooked in the glass), no powder

Asian rice dish with ground turkey leftovers Recipe Directions

The shallots and red onion peel and finely chop. Fry in peanut oil glaze and then fry the turkey meat is crumbly. Peel carrots and cut into very thin sticks. Clean mushrooms and cut into bite-size pieces. Snow peas wash, dry and cut into bite-size pieces.
