Asian egg rice

Ingredients for Asian egg rice

Asian egg rice Directions
Rice in boiling salted water, cook for 18 minutes. Thaw peas. Spring onions, wash and chop finely. Chiles remove seeds, cut into rings 1. Beat eggs. Season with salt and soy sauce. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, eggs, let it falter. Turn once. Omelette cut into diamond shapes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Onions, peas and chilli fry it. Fold in rice. Season with curry. Fold omelet. 2 chillies in half, garnish rice with it.
