Artichoke Tortilla Recipe Directions
Artichoke Tortilla preparation:
1st Artichokes in a colander to drain and quarter. Remove garlic and chop finely. Rinse the herbs and shake dry. Finely chop the parsley leaves, chives cut into rolls. Mix eggs with cheese, milk and flour to a smooth dough. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
2nd Butter and olive oil in a nonstick frying pan. Sauté garlic and artichokes in it briefly. Stir in herbs. Pour egg mixture over Daru and cook slowly on low heat. Once the surface is not wet anymore shines, turn tortilla with a lid or a plate, on the other side fry.
3rd Serve in tortilla for about 2 cm cubes, put on skewers and serve.
