| 6th tart apples, such as russet | 1 tbsp |
| Sugar | 4 tbsp |
| Cranberry | 1 tsp |

| Abrasion and juice of 1 lemon |
AppleCranberry Crumble Directions
The nuts to cool slightly and coarsely chop.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients with the orange zest and incorporate the butter with the hand. If the mixture crumbles, mix in the pecans and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
In a bowl, sprinkle the apples with lemon zest, lemon juice, cinnamon and some sugar and mix with the cranberries. Add the filling into a baking paper-lined with baking pan, flatten and spread the crumbs evenly over it. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 20 minutes until the surface is crispy brown and the apples are soft.
Tip: The apple-cranberry crumble tastes best when it is still slightly warm. You can serve it with ice cream, whipped cream or vanilla cream sauce.
