Recipe Ingredients for Apple and mint jelly

100 grams fresh mint leaves
400 ml Cider or apple juice
4 tbsp Lemon juice
250 grams Gelling 1:1

Apple and mint jelly Recipe Directions

1st Rinse the mint leaves and pat dry. 15 leaves chop and set aside. Remaining leaves with 100 ml of hot water, pour and let stand 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve, collect the extract here.
