Ingredients for Apple and horseradish sauce

2 pcs Apples
1 dl White wine
70 grams Fresh horseradish
50 cl Cream
1 tsp Lemon juice
some Salt
some Black pepper

Apple and horseradish sauce Directions

Peel the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the fruit into slices. Give the white wine into a pan, cover and soft for seven to ten minutes. Then puree along with cooking liquid.

Peel and finely grate the horseradish. Immediately with the apple puree, the cream and the lemon juice. The sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or cold.
