800 grams peeled potatoes

50 g Bacon
75 grams Beetroot
4 pcs Pickles
200 ml Beef stock (glass Lacroix)
300 grams Corned Beef
1 / 2 tsp medium-hot mustard
8 St Matie fillets
4 pcs Eggs
1 tbsp Oil for frying
Salt, freshly ground pepper

Vinegar, olive oil

Amrumer Labskaus Directions

Boil peeled potatoes in salted water. Corned Beef and drained beets into very small cubes. Bacon in a pan with some butter glaze miss, saute onion is clear.
