Alsatian cheese roulade Recipe Directions
1 Rinse the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard. Wipe mushrooms clean, moist cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix with cheese. Prove that rolls, roll up, bind with twine.
