5th Tarragon stalks 150 grams
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Vodka
Salt
Pepper 4 Schb
Brioche (about 120 g) 2 tbsp
Butter

Alaska salmon caviar on brioche with vodka cream Directions

Pluck leaves from 4 stalks and chop the tarragon. With sour cream and vodka, stir and season with salt and pepper. Brioche on both sides spread thinly with soft butter and roast in a hot pan on each side about 2 minutes.

Spread the brioche with sour cream vodka. Alaska salmon caviar on top and garnish with remaining tarragon leaves. Serve with lettuce or arugula.
