2 pcs Tomatoes
2 pcs Pointed peppers
1 pc Eggplant
2 nos Garlic
some Salt, olive oil

Abugannus Turkish appetizers Recipe Directions

Cut the tomatoes crosswise slit, above. Eggplant in half lengthwise. Everything except the garlic, place on a grill in the oven and bake at all. Remove the peppers if necessary beforehand.

Let cool and then skin the vegetables. Peel the garlic.

The whole vegetables on a board, sprinkle with salt and finely chop. Chop the garlic and toss too small.

Pour the mixture on a plate now, smooth it out and give a little olive oil.

Serve with pita bread.
