AAheart Recipe Directions
Bittersweet chocolate finely. 175 g flour, almonds, 75 g sugar, 1 pinch salt, cinnamon, cloves, butter and 1 egg into small pieces with an electric mixer until smooth then knead briefly with your hands. Add chopped chocolate, knead briefly. Cover and place about 1 hours cold.
Roll out on some flour about 3 mm thick. Approx. 50 heart cookie cutters. On set with baking paper-lined baking sheets. Whisk egg yolks and milk. Spread the heart with it. Let dry briefly and sprinkle with half the sugar. Bake in a preheated oven (stove: 17% ° C / fan 150 ° C / gas mark 2) approximately 12 minutes. Allow to cool.
Heat jelly and brush the unsweetened heart with it. Sugar hearts on set, allow to dry. Coarsely chop the chocolate to melt in the hot water bath. Heart plunge with a curve. Drain and allow to dry.
