1st Chop chocolate can give with the cream in an ovenproof dish and melt in the hot water bath. Stir in orange liqueur into the slightly cooled mixture. Put in the refrigerator and allow to cool. Stir the mixture vigorously several times and make sure that they are not too tight.
2nd Pour the mixture into a bowl with an electric mixer until foamy pitch. Fill a pastry bag with star tip and squirt in paper sleeves. Finally, the truffle garnish with candied violets and refrigerate until cool to eat.
