Turkey ragout with mustard sauce Recipe Directions
Halve tomatoes. Drain the mushrooms well. Dice the cucumbers. Chives cut into large rolls. Finely dice the onion and cut the flesh into chunks.
Heat oil, fry the meat in it all around. Add mushrooms and onions, saute briefly. Deglaze with stock and cream, simmer 5 minutes. Noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes to cook.
Sauce with mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Thickener in the boiling sauce, stir, let boil again. Add tomatoes and cucumbers and heat briefly. Sprinkle with chives and serve with the noodles.
