Recipe Ingredients for Thyme sauce

Thyme sauce ingredients:

2 tbsp Walnut oil
1 no Garlic
2 pcs Shallots
4 zw flowering thyme
5 tbsp White wine
100 grams Cream
50 g Creme fraiche
some Salt
some Pepper, white, broken
100 ml strong broth
1 pc Yolk

Thyme sauce Recipe Directions

Thyme sauce preparation:

Peel garlic and chop finely. Peel shallots and chop finely. Thyme chop very finely.

Heat oil and fry the shallots to 3 minutes. Add garlic, stir once. Thyme and stir well again.

Immediately pour the vegetable broth and let everything simmer on low heat for so long, until only half the mass is present.

Stir in the cream and creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper to taste everything.

The sauce through a sieve and let boil again.

Then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Mix the egg yolks with the wine and fold into the sauce.
