Thai Yam ingredients:

100 grams Chinese cabbage
100 grams Bean sprouts
100 grams Beans
100 grams Broccoli
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
4 tbsp Coconut cream
1 tsp Thai curry paste
100 grams Mushrooms
4 tbsp Coconut milk
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Tamarind juice
1 large Lemon
4 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar

Thai Yam Recipe Directions

Thai Yam preparation:

Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, green beans and broccoli steaming, heat the coconut cream in a pan, stir in curry paste, add the mushrooms to simmer, stir in coconut milk. Add turmeric, tamarind and lemon juice and soy sauce and sugar, mix, pour sauce over vegetables, mix and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
