Spinach with Gorgonzola Recipe Directions
Chop the onion, sauté in the melted butter. Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Spinach and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add cream and melted cheese, coarsely chopped and drain. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cut tomatoes in half and serve with the spinach.
