Sheet cake with pineapple and mandarin oranges Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan oven 180 degrees) Preheat. Line a baking sheet (about 35x40 cm) thick. Stir the batter with the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with the baking powder alternately with the milk and stir in the butter mixture. Emphasize the dough evenly onto the sheet.
2 For the topping melt the butter in a small pot. Drain pineapple and Manadarin, while the juice, and drain the fruit in a colander. Stir in the coconut butter. The drained pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges and add to undergo. Finally captured 8 tbsp orange juice and stir in the cream. The coconut fruit weight evenly on the cake.
3 Put the cake for 40-45 minutes in the preheated oven, cover maybe 10 minutes before end of baking with foil. The finished cake from the oven and let cool. Garnish as desired with grated coconut and powdered sugar.
TIP
For this cake deeper baking sheets are better than flat, because they can be distributed to the rich batter better. If you do not have one, you can also make a rectangular frame on your flat baking sheet.
