Recipe Ingredients for Salami and Egg Spread

| 100 grams | Salami slices |
| 6 St | boiled egg yolks, slightly firmer than soft wax |
| 3 pc | boiled egg |
| 2 tbsp | Chopped chives |

| some | Cream (maybe) |
Salami and Egg Spread Recipe Directions
Finely dice the salami. Finely chop egg whites.
Egg yolks with the mayonnaise with the magic wand to a fine cream process. Depending on the size of the eggs may need a little cream may be added.
Season with salt and pepper. Then the sausage and stir in the chives and again aftertaste.
The spread is great for sandwiches that can be packaged in foil, prepared the day before.
