Rice and mushroom pan preparation:

Cook the rice as usual.

Clean and slice the mushrooms into thin slices. Clean and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Peel and crush the garlic.

In a pan heat some oil and saute the mushrooms, garlic and spring onion. Deglaze with the cream.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.
