| 100 grams | Sugar |
| 100 ml | Whipped cream |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 500 grams | Strawberries |

Quarkkrem with strawberries Directions
Whipped cream with sugar until stiff.
The ingredients all have to be cooled very well. Mix sour cream with sugar, then stir in the cheese. Finally, fold in the whipped cream.
Wash strawberries and clean. Mix with sugar and set aside covered. Some fruits can be back for decoration.
