Recipe Ingredients for Poultry Steak Trilogy

350 grams Ostrich steak
350 grams Turkey steaks
350 grams Chicken breast fillet
3 tbsp chopped basil
3 tbsp Cognac
500 grams Chicken stock (even cooked glass oad)
1 tbsp Tomato paste
3 tbsp Creme fraiche
some Salt
some Pepper, white, broken
1 tbsp Olive oil

Poultry Steak Trilogy Recipe Directions
