Plum with Kokosstreuseln Directions
Flour in a bowl, press into the flour a pastry board. Crumble yeast into it, mix with 3-4 tablespoons milk and 1 pinch of sugar. Sprinkle with flour, cover and let go 15 minutes.
Finely chop the ginger. Melt butter. Add the remaining milk, remaining sugar and give with the eggs to the sponge. Knead, let rest, covered, until doubled in size.
