Recipe Ingredients for Pistachio sorbet

75 grams Pistachio kernels
1st Lime untreated 1st Vanilla pod
150 grams Condensed milk
4 tbsp Sugar
50 ml Milk

Pistachio sorbet Recipe Directions

1st 1 teaspoon pistachios chop, set aside. Other finely crushed pistachios in an electric Alleszerkleinerer.

2 lime wash hot, dry, rub a little bowl. Vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the marrow.

3rd Grated lime peel, sugar, vanilla, condensed milk and the ground pistachios to give that process with an electric mixer to a smooth creamy mixture.

4th Mass in two small timbale molds-(alternatively in frost-resistant glasses or cups of 150 ml capacity) and fill the freezer for 4 hours in freezer.

5th Ramekins for serving briefly in hot water, loosen with a sharp knife the edges of the ice fall. Serve sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
