Ingredients for Pear jam

500 grams Pears, peeled and diced
500 grams Gelling
1 / 2 St Lemon (grated peel)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 pc Carnation
2 pcs Candied ginger, chopped finely
1 / 2 tsp Ginger powder
50 cl Water
2 tbsp Pear brandy (Kirsch goes too)

Pear jam Directions

Put all ingredients into a stainless pan, mix well and move overnight. Boil 4 minutes, stirring vigorously can cook. The pre-warmed jam jars to fill immediately, immediately closed.
