1 tbsp | Lemon juice |

2 pcs | Candied ginger, chopped finely |

50 cl | Water |
2 tbsp | Pear brandy (Kirsch goes too) |
Pear jam Directions
Put all ingredients into a stainless pan, mix well and move overnight. Boil 4 minutes, stirring vigorously can cook. The pre-warmed jam jars to fill immediately, immediately closed.
