Peach and melon jam Directions
Peel peaches, stone and chop. Melon peel, core, halve and chop the firm flesh also. With preserving sugar, lemon juice and rind mix and bring to a boil while stirring. Let cook for 4 minutes and then fill in sparkling glasses.
