500 ml | Milk |
40 g | Cornstarch |
50 g | brown sugar |
1 box | Peach halves ad box |
6 tbsp | Hazelnut cream liqueur |
2 tbsp | Shredded coconut |
Hazelnut cream with peaches Recipe Directions
Remove from the milk and mix with 8 tablespoons of cornstarch and Haselnussmus. Boil the milk with the sugar and remove the pan from the heat. The mixed cornstarch, mix and put the pot back on the stove. Let boil while stirring once and pour into a serving bowl. This immediately cover with cling film and leave to cool overnight is best.
Drain the peaches and let the syrup may be used for other purposes. Finely chop the fruit, mix with the liqueur and coconut and spread on the flummery.
