Recipe Ingredients for Hackpepper quiche

2 bunches Green onions
1st Onion 2 tbsp
Olive oil 500 grams

Pepper 2 tsp
Noble sweet paprika 2 tbsp
Finely chopped parsley 2nd Egg size M
250 grams Crème fraiche
200 grams Peppers in oil 1 glass
100 grams Grated Emmental

Hackpepper quiche Recipe Directions

1st Flour with yeast, sugar, milk, salt, pepper and oil to knead dough. 20 minutes in a warm place.

2nd Wash the green onions, cut into thin rings. Dice the onion, pull off. Heat oil in a pan, sauté hack. Add onions and scallions, saute. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
