Grilled pork chops with tomatoMole Recipe Directions
1st Wash and clean tomatoes, chop coarsely, then paint through a fine sieve. Chillies clean, remove seeds and chop finely. Chilli and sesame seeds in a dry pan roast.
2nd Remove onion and garlic and chop both finely. Taco chips, crushed slightly, coarsely chop peanuts. Rinse the raisins in a sieve to drain, leave.
3rd Heat the lard and chiles, sesame mix, sauté onion, garlic, taco chips, peanuts and raisins in it for 5 minutes.
