350 grams Gnocchi
90 grams Diced bacon
50 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 pcs Medium to large eggs
some Salt
some Pepper

Gnocchi in Parmesan crust Recipe Directions
