Fish with cream sauce and rice Directions
Finely dice the onion. Parsnip clean, peel, halve and slice into thin slices. Rinse the dill and chop up a few tips on fine.
Halve tomatoes. Rice in salted water. Fish fillets cut into pieces with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fish fry 3 minutes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Fish from the pan, give a little oil in the pan. Sauté onions in it, parsnip sauté briefly.
Fill with cream and broth, simmer about 6 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Give fish, tomatoes and chopped dill to the vegetables, let stand briefly. Sprinkle with the remaining dill and serve with the rice.
